Key fucntions :

• Prepare the annual technical training plan based on the service operations needs.
• Prepare training curriculum (didactic materials) for theoretical practical sessions.
• Conduct training sessions according to annual plan (Branches & Dealers Technicians & Customers).
• Enhance technicians skills through On Job Training.
• Prepare & Analyze the technicians Skills Matrix.
• Perform regular technical audits to confirm the technical instructions appliance for higher service quality.
• Confirm the right progress and the accomplishment of the E-learning programs.

Profile :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
