Role Purpose

The Team Member is responsible for delivering the highest quality of food and service to the customers. He/she is responsible of working in all areas of the food business from lobby to the cash register to actual preparation of the food.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains highest level of quality, service and cleanliness in all work assignments, preparing, packing and maintaining product quality as per KFC standards.
• Greets customers and takes orders politely, knows menu items and prices, and works as a cashier, packer, cook, or lobby person assigned by the Duty Manager.
• Ensure high satisfaction in customer and food service, as well as inspect facilities and interiors for compliance with CHAMPS evaluation standards.
• Check the temperature of shortening on cookers and holding units, adhere to approved KFC holding temperatures and discard times, and check packed orders against register receipt/display.
• Accept deliveries quickly, inspect quality, minimize wastage, and mark discard time on products before placing them in the holding cabinet.
• Keep food preparation area, equipment, utensils, outside areas, lobby, front counter, drive-thru, packing areas, and rest rooms clean and sanitary at all times.
• Follows all cash handling procedures and backs up Customer Service Team Members at cash register stations.
• Assist Shift Supervisor/Duty Manager in opening and closing restaurant, turn off lights and equipment, and clean front counter, lobby, drive thru, and packing area for closing
• Handle customer complaints and ensuring safety and security in the restaurant and inform the Shift Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• Understand posted Weekly Plan and Work Schedule and reports to work as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Middle or High School student
• 0-1 years of experience in the field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
