Position: Sales Engineer
Work Place: Algeria
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Commitment to Company Code-of-Ethics and Business-Conduct
Designing and implementing a marketing-strategy and sales-plan for the territory of Algeria
Achieve sales targets with designated profit margins set forth by the company
Prepare sales-reports and sales-forecasts periodically
Regular Meetings with Customers
High level of integrity and dependability with result orientation within the team
Update weekly monthly reports to the Line Manager & to DECO Corporate
Build and maintain new clients
Understand client needs and requirements and propose solution
Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified, quoted, and followed.
Providing periodic updates on achievements and progress
Build an extensive industry network with clients & stakeholders.
Achieve the assigned KPIs and targets for Sales and Business Development.
Engage in Business Development activities as assigned by Management
Gather information and statistics on market-trends and competition.
Person Specification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Minimum work experience of 3 - 5years (preferred)
Should be fluent in English reading & writing
Familiar with MS Office
Flexible to travel around Algeria
Flexible to travel to UAE as & when required
Must have an existing customer base in Government, Semi Government & Private Clients in Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Waste Water, Aluminium Smelters, Cement Plants & Other Industries
Algeria Driving license is a must
