Job Purpose :
- Assisting the Head of Remedial in assessing all possible outcomes with aim of identifying, quantifying, and minimizing the loss that could incur on impaired assets at ABC Algeria;
- To minimize the volume of the cases to be transferred from stage 2 to stage 3;
- To maximize the volume of recoveries at the minimum cost on impaired assets.
Missions :
- Constant efforts to meet budgeted targets;
- Prepare Action Plans relevant to delinquent clients on stage 2, in collaboration with the RM, to be submitted to respective committee for approval;
- Propose the most appropriate process to recover the debts on stage 2;
- Follow-up on recoveries form loan defaulters;
- Prepare Annual/Interim Reviews of loan defaulters on stage 2ter 2 in collaboration with the RM;
- Carry private investigations on delinquent (especially those on stage 2);
- Elaboration of Quarterly reports to HO ( Bahrain) in collaboration with the RM;
- Elaboration of call reports, conference call minutes, all required reports to be submitted to HO, General Management and credit & Risk Officer, Internal & External Audit ;
- Assess and grade risk on corporate clients by using Risk Rating Classes and IFRS 9 rules ;
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with RMs ;
- Develop and maintain a positive reputation of ABC-A by adopting a professional and ethic guideline with the internal and external clients ;
- Make constructive feedback on the business market.
Profil
- Knowledge / experience of insolvency law, Bankruptcy and litigation procedures.
- Excellent Arabic language skills essential, plus French , English language proficiency would be a distinct advantage as it facilitates dealings with group
- Bachlor degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance)
- 03-05 years of relevant experience.
- Good negotiator, with experience to deal with delinquent clients.
