 Project Sales
 

Missions du poste:

 

 

 

 

1.     Disciplined, target & result oriented with excellent networking with key EPCs to create opportunity rolling pipeline for next 12 months in SFDC to forecast Monthly

 

2.     Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics code and ensuring they are communicated and implemented in all activities

 

3.     Network with the division team for constant updates, reviews and seek advises as necessary for best alignment and actions with the global BU.

 

4.     Participate and be well prepared to share in country management meetings with regular update and make midcourse corrections for monthly target achievement

 

5.     Strong Leadership in networking with credible sources to obtain business intelligence and market outlook segment wise analytically and build SFDC database

 

6.     Planning and collaborating with the Value chain to identify key and highly probable key projects and finalize the winning formula

 

7.     Develop monthly forecast plan based on highly probable projects and build action plan to execute the winning formula

 

8.     Collaborate as a TEAM player and drive specific actions with the team trough workshops and regular joint meetings every week to achieve the results on time.

 

9.     Strong Customer orientation and ability to convince and win the trust of the customer in solution value proposal till efficient execution

Profil du poste:

       Electrical engineer with 5 7 years Previous experience with Competitors

 

       Technically competent/experienced in LV/MV products & solutions;

 

       Knowledge on Solution comparison with competitors (Value proposal versu competition)

 

       Ability to engage as a team player with Sales Team and Value Chain to achieve targets month on month basis,  

 

       Techno commercial orientation, team player, dynamic and quick to act,
