What will be your role :
You will be the operational foundation and point of reference that brings together major team efforts for major events, promotions and special initiatives. Your role will be precious to continue to grow business in Algeria.
What will you do ?
Analyze local market trends and crunch data to get insights from the marketplace
Provide team with data driven analysis to participate in strategies definition and implementation in collaboration with the global team, respecting defined budget and schedules
Help the CRM team own the user lifecycle from end-to-end, from start of the application through to retention, loyalty and reactivation
Deeply understand our local passengers and drivers, and monitor their engagement
Put in place tools to help algeria team solve, simplify and optimize some tasks (extract some data and make them easily understandable)
Challenge and improve local processes (automatization, adaptation to the local needs...)
Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of the driver and passenger acquisition and engagement campaigns (online and offline)
Be the local point of contact for the global teams
Does it sound like you ?
You have a background in engineering, business management, consulting, start-up or equivalent
3 to 5+ year experience with at least 1 year in a high paced orp environment
You are Fluent in French and English
You're a natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter with owners mentality
You have a strong analytical background (Excel killer)
You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships,
You show willingness to get your hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
You have an ability to work autonomously and you love being part of a team

تحليل اتجاهات السوق المحلية ومعالجة البيانات للحصول على رؤى من السوق
تزويد الفريق بالتحليل المستند إلى البيانات للمشاركة في تحديد الاستراتيجيات وتنفيذها بالتعاون مع الفريق العالمي مع احترام الميزانية والجداول الزمنية المحددة
مساعدة فريق CRM في امتلاك دورة حياة المستخدم من البداية إلى النهاية من بداية التطبيق وحتى الاحتفاظ والولاء وإعادة التنشيط
فهم عميق للركاب والسائقين المحليين لدينا ومراقبة مشاركتهم
وضع أدوات لمساعدة الفريق الجزائري على حل بعض المهام وتبسيطها وتحسينها (استخراج بعض البيانات وجعلها سهلة الفهم)
تحدي العمليات المحلية وتحسينها (الأتمتة والتكيف مع الاحتياجات المحلية ...)
تقييم التكاليف والفوائد الاقتصادية والاستراتيجية لحملات اكتساب ومشاركة السائق والركاب (عبر الإنترنت وغير متصل)
كن نقطة الاتصال المحلية للفرق العالمية

لديك خلفية في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاستشارات أو بدء التشغيل أو ما يعادلها
خبرة من 3 إلى 5 + سنوات مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في بيئة orp عالية الإيقاع
