المسمى الوظيفي

* يحافظ على نظام محاسبة واحد أو أكثر: إدخالات دفتر اليومية دفتر الأستاذ العام حسابات القبض الحسابات الدائنة الشركات الشقيقة إلخ.

* إدخالات دفتر اليومية للكتب وتشارك في أنشطة إغلاق نهاية الشهر وتعد التسويات.

* يقدم الدعم للربح والخسارة والتدفق النقدي والدخل وإعداد بيانات الميزانية العمومية.

* يراقب ويطور التقارير المخصصة.

* إجراءات الموافقة على المصاريف وترحيل فواتير الموردين.

* تراقب وتعالج مطالبات نفقات الموظف عبر Concur.

* يعالج مدفوعات البائعين عبر بوابة البنك على الإنترنت.

* يراقب أرصدة البنوك ويكون مسئولا عن التسويات البنكية الشهرية.

* يساعد في التسوية الشهرية لحساب الميزانية العمومية.

* قد تقوم بإعداد التقارير الفيدرالية والولائية والمحلية والإقرارات الضريبية. .

* قد تنشئ تقارير وسجلات للمديرين / أصحاب المصلحة.

* يدعم الميزنة والتنبؤ الأنشطة

* قد يقوم بإعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية للإدارة العليا بشأن القيم الفعلية والميزانية والتنبؤات ودعم عمليات المراجعة الخارجية.

الحد الأدنى من المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة

* يبرع في استخدام أدوات العمل مثل: البريد الإلكتروني و Microsoft Word و Excel و PowerPoint. خبرة في برامج المحاسبة (Sage أو ما يعادلها) ومنتجات تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (SAP). اللغة الإنجليزية: ممارسة مهنية

* التعليم والخبرة النموذجية: تخرج في المحاسبة - 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.

* المعرفة بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية

يُطلب من شركة فاريان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح المحلية والقابلة للتطبيق التي قد ترتبط بمتطلبات اللقاح لأدوار معينة.

Job Description

* Maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, etc.
* Books journal entries, participates to month-end close activities and prepares reconciliations.
* Brings support for the profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements preparation.
* Monitors and develops ad hoc reports.
* Processes the approval of expenses and post supplier invoices.
* Monitors and process employee expense claims via Concur.
* Processes vendor payments via the bank online portal.
* Monitors the bank balances and responsible for the monthly bank reconciliation.
* Assists in the monthly reconciliation of the Balance Sheet Account.
* May prepare federal, state and local reports and tax returns. .
* May generate reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
* Supports budgeting and forecasting activities
* May prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on actuals, budget and forecasts, and support to external audits.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

* Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Accounting software (Sage or equivalent) and ERP product (SAP). English : professional practice
* Typical Education and Experience: Graduated in Accounting - 5 years of related experience.
*Knowledge of IFRS
