يكون المرشح مسؤولاً عما يلي:

سلامة وجودة العمل

تحديثات يومية لجميع الأعمال المعينة في الميدان.

يراقب العمل اليومي على الممتلكات ويتأكد من أن العمل يتم وفقًا لطريقة العمل الفنية المناسبة:

الأعمال الحرجة المنهجية (بما في ذلك العمل الساخن والعمل على ارتفاعات والتزوير والرفع والعمل في الأماكن الضيقة) من خلال التواجد في اتفاقية بدء العمل وأثناء التنفيذ

فحوصات عشوائية لجميع الأعمال الأخرى

توقف عن ممارسات العمل غير الآمنة أو أساليب العمل غير الصحيحة أو التدبير المنزلي السيئ.

يرسم بعد التحقق من الخطوات ويخطط القوائم العمياء فورًا ويرسل المقاول لفعل الشيء نفسه.

تحليل الحادث الأول (جمع الحقائق) وإبلاغ المشرف أو منسق السلامة.

يقوم بعمل تثقيب منهجي لجميع الأعمال المنتهية والمحددة:

احضر جميع الاختبارات الهيدروليكية وقم بالتوقيع على نموذج اختبار الضغط المحدد

يقوم بإجراء فحوصات على جميع الفلنجات والأجهزة المفتوحة (حواف المحاذاة سطح منع التسرب من النقاء التغليف المناسب المسامير الملولبة المشدودة بشكل صحيح باستخدام نقار الخشب أو اختبار المطرقة والعزم الصحيح كعزم يدوي وشد).

التحقق من الجودة النهائية للأعمال المنفذة وفقًا للمواصفات المعمول بها وإجراءات الصيانة ومعايير الجودة.

قم بالإبلاغ عن الضرب على ملصق الحائط (عمود مشرف ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة) بعد الانتهاء من جميع عناصر التثقيب

يزود الرئيس بمعلومات عن التلوث والنتائج التقنية للطائرات بهدف تحديد نطاق الخطوة التالية.

تحضير :

ينشئ قبل التوقف بقعة ملمًا بإعداد جميع حزم العمل الخاصة بمجالها

حاضر في الاجتماع الافتتاحي لتنفيذ SD

اغلق :

يقيم الأعمال ذات الصلة بالتحضير ويقدم تحسينات على رؤسائهم.

هذا هو موقف العقد.

معدل لهذا المنصب قابل للتفاوض.

Job Description :

The candidate is responsible for the following :

Safety and Quality of work

• Daily updates of all assigned work in the field.
• Monitors daily work on the property and ensures that work is performed according to appropriate technical working method:
• Systematic critical works (including hot work, working at height, rigging & lifting, working in confined spaces) by the presence on start-work agreement and during execution
• Random checks for all other works
• Stop unsafe work practises, incorrect working methods or poor housekeeping.
• Draws after checking steps and plans blind lists immediately and sends contractor to do the same.
• First incident analysis (facts collection) and inform their supervisor or safety coordinator.
• Performs systematically punching out of all finished, assigned work:
• Present at all hydraulic test and sign off on that particular pressure test form
• Performs checks on all opened flanges and appliances (alignment flanges, purity sealing surface, proper packaging, proper bolts properly tightened using woodpeckers or hammer test, correct torquing as manually torquing and tensioning).
• Check the final quality of the work carried out in accordance with applicable specifications, maintenance procedures and quality standards.
• Report punching down on wall poster (column QA / QC supervisor) after finishing all punch items
• Provides information to the superior about pollution, technical findings of aircraft with a view to scoping for next step.

Preparation :

• Creates before the stop spot acquainted with the preparation of all work packages of its domain
• Present at the kick-off meeting for the implementation of SD

Close-out :

Evaluates the preparation relative works and provides improvements to their superior.

This is a contract position.

Project in Southern Algeria.

The rate for this position is negotiable.
