Key fucntions :

• Provide hands-on after-sales service support and guidance to the branches and dealers on the established Service Standards (SOPs).
• Planning, organizing and implementation of manufacturer Programs with cooperation with our principals.
• Support branches and dealers to maintain the established service program and institute cost management and kaizen circles (Quality Control Circle).
• Assist the branch and dealer to achieve targeted level of guest delight, process efficiency and profitability , Manage training programs, and coaching branch and dealers staff.

Profile :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• Preferably working knowledge or experience with automotive sector.
