ملخص العمل:

إجراء الاختبار والتحليل مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات تحليل دقيقة وشاملة من خلال توثيق نتائج التحليل والإبلاغ عنها وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة المحددة وكذلك المشاركة في تحقيقات مراقبة الجودة ومعايرة معدات الاختبار وصيانتها في الظروف المثلى.

تعليم :

شهادة في الكيمياء أو الأحياء أو ما يعادلها

خبرة :

سنة واحدة من الخبرة في منصب ذي صلة (يفضل)

خبرة في صناعة الأدوية (يفضل)

الأنشطة والواجبات والمسؤوليات:

الفنية والتنفيذية

إجراء الاختبارات والدراسات المطلوبة على منتجات DAA وبيئة التشغيل مثل اختبار المياه واختبار الهواء المضغوط والمراقبة البيئية ... إلخ.

المشاركة في التحقيقات الخاصة بقضايا المختبر ونتائج الاختبارات غير المطابقة للمواصفات (OOS) وتباينات مراقبة الجودة.

الاحتفاظ بسجلات تحاليل مخبرية دقيقة وشاملة وكذلك إعداد التقارير المختلفة مثل تقارير المياه وتقارير المراقبة البيئية ... إلخ

معايرة معدات الاختبار وصيانتها لتكون جاهزة دائمًا في الظروف المثلى

المساعدة في مراجعة وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة الموجودة بالفعل وتطوير إجراءات التشغيل الموحدة الجديدة المتعلقة بإجراءات المختبر

أداء واجبات أخرى متعلقة بالوظيفة كما يكلفه بها المشرف المباشر.

Job Summary:

• Conducting testing and analysis while maintaining accurate and comprehensive analysis records through documenting and reporting analysis results according to the set SOPs, as well as participating in QC investigations, and calibrating and maintaining testing equipment in optimal conditions.

Education :

• Degree in Chemistry, biology, or equivalent

Experience :

• One year of experience in a related position (preferably)
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry (preferably)

Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:

• Technical & Executive
• Conducting required tests and studies on DAAs products and operating environment, such as water testing, compressed air testing, and environmental monitoring etc
• Participating in investigations of laboratory issues and Out of Specification (OOS) test results, and QC Variances.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive laboratory analysis records, as well as preparing various reports such as water reports, environmental monitoring reportsetc
• Calibrating and maintaining testing equipment to be always ready with optimal conditions
• Assisting in the review and update of already existing SOPs, and development of new SOPs related to Laboratory procedures
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
