1- Main mission:

Participate in the development and updating of quality documentation (quality manual, procedures, work instructions)

Participate in the development and updating of SOP (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE).

Actively participate in the drafting of procedures, identification and documentation of the company's processes.

Contribute to the mapping of the company's processes.

Help prepare and monitor quality indicators.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Participate in the preparation of management reviews.

Participate in the identification and development of processes for each department.

Ensure the drafting of operating procedures and recording relating to each process.

Ensure the proper understanding and application of procedures.

Ensure control of all documents.

Ensure the monitoring of the processing of non-conformities, corrective actions taken.

Propose improvement actions in the event of an anomaly or malfunction.

Monitoring and closing of actions and improvement tracks.

Participate in quality audits.

Qualifications:

Mastery of certification and ISO standards.

Knowledge of the principles and tools of quality management.

Knowledge of continuous improvement processes: Six Sigma, Lean Management, etc.

good command of IT tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mastery of Arabic and English.
