Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Schedule, arrange, and prepare bimonthly Meetings and Face to Face meetings abroad
2. Take and translate minutes of meeting with partners- quarterly
3. Provide administrative support for the Management Committee Members
4.Deal with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate
5.Arrange flight and hotel bookings
6.Arrange meetings with Partners and other stakeholders (internal & external)
7. Deal with the internal communication in the office
8. Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special project (gatherings, Executives visit to Algeria etc)
9. Maintain the Management Committee annual plan
10. Handling Emergency Response situations
Profile:
- Master degree in related area
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge to Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and Office365
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English and French
- Good business understanding
- Be open and collaborative with strong ability to build network
- Be courageous, take initiatives and strong follow up skills
- Be proactive, active listener, reliable and discreet
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in multi-functional team
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivery
