Office Administrator
Missions du poste:
- Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency and effective communications
- Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for management
- Manage emails, phone calls, letters, forms, faxes, packages, and other forms of correspondence
- Supervise office staff on working time and performance
- Organize office events and set-up for new joiners
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting for administrative expenses
- Consolidate claims and requests on site
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Create and update databases and records of financial information Manage stock and purchase of office supplies
- Track and repair / replace office supplies when necessar
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Profil du poste:
- University graduate or equivalent
- Language skills: fluent in French and English
- At least 2 years of related experience in multinational company preferably FMCG
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills
- Organizing and planning skills
- Service and customer-oriented mindset
