Office Administrator

Missions du poste:






  • Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency and effective communications
  • Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for management
  • Manage emails, phone calls, letters, forms, faxes, packages, and other forms of correspondence
  • Supervise office staff on working time and performance
  • Organize office events and set-up for new joiners
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting for administrative expenses
  • Consolidate claims and requests on site
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Create and update databases and records of financial information Manage stock and purchase of office supplies
  • Track and repair / replace office supplies when necessar
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Profil du poste:






  • University graduate or equivalent
  • Language skills: fluent in French and English
  • At least 2 years of related experience in multinational company preferably FMCG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills
  • Organizing and planning skills
  • Service and customer-oriented mindset
