We are looking for a Custom Clearance Assistant, with university degree having a minimum of experience in a similar position (preferably Foreign Company).

Principal assignments:

• Your task normally will be assigned to logistics department; you have to work very closely with clearing & shipping agents in order to ensure that all clearing documentation and shipments is sorted out.
• Reporting is another important aspect of this position.
  
  

Preference and Desired Experience:

• Experience in logistics or customs clearance.
  

• Manage relationships with different actors (like: client, clearing & shipping agents.).
• Manage your workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Organize files.

For this role you have to be:

• High attention to detail.
• Driven, Passionate & Professional.
  
• Experienced (would be preferable).
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
• An excellent communicator.

Requirements:

• Computer skill: Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and fast typing.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
  

Level: Bac + 4 (Bachelor)

Location: Les sources, Bir Mourad Rais, Algiers

Contract Period: 1year (Renewable) / 3month (Probation Period)
