Lead React Developer position

We are looking for top-quality Lead React developers for website and web application development projects. They will have to work with graphic designers and the product team. The candidate will be required to create a flexible, scalable and well-structured front-end architecture along with APIs to support it. The React developers will make visualizations that can render quantities of data. The developers will also be in charge of creating the staging and production environment and deploying test version and final version.

Responsibilities :

Management of a Junior React developer

Coordinate with development teams and designers to develop website and applications that run on desktop and mobile thru responsive.

Use JIRA user stories to understand needs and exchange with teams through Slack

Using React, design and develop user interface components.

Troubleshoot issues and improve performance.

Write reusable, effective, as well as scalable code and create interchangeable front-end modules.

Understand clients needs to build apps in stipulated time/budget.

Make use of additional libraries to make asynchronous API calls as well as improve the performance of the mobile apps.

Develop optimized applications that can handle offline mode

Plan the data and presentation layer of the applications front-end

Define and do the website and web application deployment within Test and production environment with a CI/CD approach.

Ensure to write a proper code following the best practices (eg. Comment the code)

Write a technical documentation in confluence after each development.

Ensure the reversibility of the project by documenting and structuring the development so it can be handled by the client.

Skills :

Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.

Experience as a front-end developer.

Strong command of one or more programming languages and their Front-end Frameworks (React, javascript, HTML, CSS, ...)

Familiarity with front-end, back-end (Nest.js Node.js ..) and integration technologies.

Understanding of server-side architecture and API design.

Knowledge of application security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodology.

Autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English is mandatory
