تطوير إجراءات الصحة والسلامة ذات الصلة بملف تعريف مخاطر المنظمة.

دعم الموقع لتحديد المخاطر وإجراء تقييم للمخاطر وتقديم المشورة بشأن تقنيات إدارة المخاطر المناسبة.

متابعة عمليات الموقع اليومية والتأكد من تنفيذ تدابير الرقابة المناسبة.

تأكد من تطبيق إجراء تصريح العمل على جميع عمليات الموقع ذات الصلة (العمل على ارتفاعات والمواد الكيميائية والأماكن الضيقة)

إدارة عمليات التدبير المنزلي اليومية في الموقع بالتعاون مع الإدارات الرئيسية الأخرى.

قيادة والمشاركة في التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث ومراجعة النتائج للتأكد من دقتها مع تحديد الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية / الوقائية المناسبة.

الإبلاغ عن الحوادث لإدارة الموارد البشرية والسلطات المحلية.

مراقبة عمليات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والتأكد من التزام الموقع باللوائح ذات الصلة بالبيئة.

الحفاظ على السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما في ذلك المراجعة المنتظمة لعمليات التدقيق والتفتيش.

الحفاظ على تحليل سلامة العمل وتحليل مخاطر العمل وتطويرهما.

المتابعة اليومية لاستهلاك الطاقة والمياه والتأكد من مشاركة الانحرافات داخل فريق إدارة المصنع والمسؤول.

المؤهلات الأكاديمية والمهنية:

درجة الماجستير في الصحة والسلامة / أو في مجال تقني آخر ذي صلة. / شهادة NEBOSH الدولية العامة.

7 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة أو سلع استهلاكية.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Provide adequate support to the health and safety team and the medical staff.
• Ensure that roles and responsibilities of the health and safety supervisor are well defined.
• Define daily operations with the HSE coordinators.
• Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures.
• Support the deployment and implementation of the site HSE policy within the organization.
• Development of health and safety procedure relevant to the organization risk profile.
• Support the site to identify hazards and conduct risk assessment and advise on appropriate risk management techniques.
• Follow up of daily site operations and ensure that adequate control measures are implemented.
• Ensure that the Permit to work procedure is applied on all relevant site operations (working at height, chemicals, confined spaces)
• Manage with collaboration with other head departments the site daily housekeeping operations.
• Lead and participate in incident and accident investigation and review findings for accuracy, with the identification of the root causes and appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
• Report accidents to the HR department and local authorities.
• Monitoring of the wastewater treatment operations and ensure that site is complying to relevant regulations related to the environment.
• Maintain policies and procedures related to HSE, including regular review of audits and inspections.
• Maintain and develop Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazards Analysis.
• Daily follow up of the Energy and water consumption and ensure that deviations are shared within the plant management team and responsible.

Academic and professional qualifications:

Masters degree in health and safety / or in another relevant technical field. / NEBOSH International General Certificate.

7 years in relevant field or FMCG.
