The position is based at our Local Manufacturing site of Tizi Ouzou (LMTO) reporting to the People and Organisation Manager.

The Local Manufacturing (LM) is responsible for establishing and managing local production sites in countries worldwide. The Local Manufacturing site of Tizi Ouzou was established in 2008 and is producing Oral Anti Diabetics (Novoformin ) for the local Algerian market. The site employs more than 235 employees and is a strategic plant to maintain & expand Novo Nordisks presence on Algerian market.

The position

Acting as a projects mediator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring good working climate at our production site by leading diverse small/medium projects to accomplish the missions below:

Supporting our People & Organisation Manager implementing HR programs and projects ensuring an efficient organization including on-boarding, agility, and compliance

You will assist the People & Organisation Manager with resolving performance matters and Individual Development Plans (IDP) and conducting Team Development Plans (TDP).

You will be responsible for communication regarding HR Programs to all employees in our production site, develop and implement new processes/procedures to improve efficiency and helping us to become more agile.

Furthermore, you will collect, analyse, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression and make recommendations for improvement.

You will also support us ensuring continuous employee development and optimal succession planning (Talent and Succession Planning) and expect you to collaborate with partners from other regional teams to implement and administer global HR programs.

You will interact a lot with employees & people managers across different departments / sites. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment; therefore, it is key that you are motivated by establishing good relationships and ensuring good communication for diverse and large audience.

Qualifications

We expect you to have a Master or bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating experience in named areas, specifically Talent Management & Development, HR Projects, Hiring
• Good level of Arabic, French and English written and spoken is a must
• Agile and experienced person with the ability to adapt easily in a changing environment & communicate with colleagues from different areas & seniority level.

Experience in Lean Management working environment will be appreciated.

دعم مدير الأفراد والمؤسسة لدينا في تنفيذ برامج ومشاريع الموارد البشرية التي تضمن تنظيمًا فعالاً بما في ذلك التدريب وخفة الحركة والامتثال ...

ستساعد مدير الأفراد والمؤسسة في حل مسائل الأداء وخطط التنمية الفردية (IDP) وتنفيذ خطط تطوير الفريق (TDP).

ستكون مسؤولاً عن التواصل فيما يتعلق ببرامج الموارد البشرية لجميع الموظفين في موقع الإنتاج لدينا وتطوير وتنفيذ عمليات / إجراءات جديدة لتحسين الكفاءة ومساعدتنا على أن نصبح أكثر مرونة.

علاوة على ذلك ستقوم بجمع إحصاءات الموارد البشرية وتحليلها والإبلاغ عنها لتسجيل المقاييس وإظهار التقدم وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.

ستدعمنا أيضًا لضمان التطوير المستمر للموظفين والتخطيط الأمثل للتعاقب (تخطيط المواهب والتعاقب) ونتوقع منك التعاون مع شركاء من فرق إقليمية أخرى لتنفيذ وإدارة برامج الموارد البشرية العالمية.

مؤهلات
