About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Reservation and Accommodation Coordinator to join our team.
-This individual will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, coordinating accommodation arrangements.
-Managing bidding between travel agencies, and ensuring accurate invoice booking in our system.
-The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Reservations:
-Handle all aspects of hotel reservations for clients and staff, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
-Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels to secure the best deals.
-Ensure special requests and requirements are communicated to the hotels.
Accommodation Coordination:
-Coordinate accommodation logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.
-Liaise with hotels to confirm details and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
-Address and resolve any issues related to accommodation promptly.
Invoice Management:
-Accurately record all hotel and accommodation-related invoices in the system.
-Reconcile invoices with bookings to ensure accuracy.
-Work with the finance team to process payments and handle any discrepancies.
-Evaluate and compare bids to select the best travel agency partners.
-Maintain relationships with travel agencies to facilitate future bidding processes.
Company Employees Service:
-Provide exceptional employee service, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
Reporting:
-Generate regular reports on accommodation expenses, booking activities, and bidding results.
-Monitor and analyze booking trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
-Experience in hotel reservations, accommodation management, or a related field.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Additional languages is a plus(Korean).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with booking and invoice management systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in our office.
Flexible working hours may be needed.
