Définition du poste / la mission générale du poste :

The cloud solutions architect must be able to define, maintain, and ensure the integrity and consistency of our end-to-end technology solutions.He will be responsible to design, development of cloud infrastructure and B2B solutions as per the company strategy, Ideally he will be a subject matter expert in Cloud and Datacentre architectures and implementations, including Datacentre migrations to Cloud services.

Able to work across a functional and devops organization, (sales, product teams, digital, project management, cybersecurity, datacenter environment and network), should be able to communicate with both provider and customers to defines customer or infrastructure needs.

Tâches Principales:

Research new technology advancements and conduct evaluations focused on optimizing and improving the cloud infrastructure configuration, performance, capacity, availability, and operational reliability.

Provide proactive technology solution support in the analysis, design, planning, and implementation of Cloud solutions.

Technical lead for the delivery of Cloud architectures; IaaS, PaaS & SaaS.

Maintains knowledge of Cloud architecture, standards and practices and consistently applies this to the Hastings technology environment.

Determine and create solution architectures and designs to effectively meet requirements and costs while maintaining the integrity of the technology strategy and enterprise architecture roadmap and standards

Conduct gap analysis, and proof of concepts for new solutions, as appropriate.

Participate as needed in planning major infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting issues and tuning the environment for optimal performance of Cloud services.

Liées au métier :

System implementation experience with cloud consulting and integration companies.

Excellent understanding of cloud native application architectures

Experience with DevOps principles and tools

A good understanding of the architectural principals of cloud based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS and IaaS components.

Extensive experience as a Cloud Architects

Comprehensive experience of design and implementation of virtualised; compute, network, storage solutions and technologies

Experience with architecture model IaaS, PAAS, SAAS

Excellent technical knowledge of Public and private Cloud: security, performance.

Excellent technical knowledge of Public and private Cloud: security, performance, resilience (designing for failure) and availability required to support a public and private cloud first. architecture.

Proven demonstrable experience and knowledge of supporting datacentre migrations and transforming legacy solutions to cloud services

Strong expertise in Cloud solution technology stacks.

Supported evidencable knowledge of designing, implementing, and running Public and private Cloud technologies supporting a public and private cloud strategy.
