نحن نبحث عن أخصائي دعم العملاء المبتدئين ومقره في الجزائر العاصمة للانضمام إلى فريق عملائنا الدولي.

ماذا ستفعل :

دعم العملاء عن طريق الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والمراسلة في الوقت الفعلي

رسائل البريد الإلكتروني لاستشارة العملاء في مجالات التجارة والخدمات المالية

التحقق الإلكتروني من تطبيقات المشاريع التجارية وتفعيل الخدمات

التحقق من العملاء الجدد وتسجيلهم في النظام.

ماذا نتوقع:

الدوافع الذاتية

مهارات كمبيوتر جيدة جدًا وكتابة سريعة (الكتابة باللمس ~ 230 حرفًا في الدقيقة ستكون ميزة وسيكون التصميم على تعلم ذلك أمرًا ضروريًا)

معرفة ممتازة باللغات العربية والفرنسية والإنجليزية (اللغات الأخرى ستكون ميزة إضافية)

خبرة في خدمة العملاء (ميزة).

ساعات العمل:

جدول العمل (5 أيام في الأسبوع عطلة نهاية أسبوع واحدة في الشهر 8 ساعات عمل في اليوم)

الفترة من ٣:٣٠ ظهراً حتى ١٢:٠٠ صباحاً.

We are looking for a JUNIOR CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, based in Algiers, to join our client's international team.

What you will do :

• Support customers by phone, email, and real-time messaging;
• Customer consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;
• Electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;
• Verification and registration of new customers in the system.

What we expect:

• Intrinsic motivation
• Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic, French and English ( other languages will be a plus);
• Experience in customer service (an advantage).

Working hours:

• Work schedule (5 days a week, 1 weekend a month, 8 working hours a day);
• Shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
