تتمثل المهمة الرئيسية لاستشاري الأتمتة الصناعية للخدمة في تقديم الدعم الفني التجاري في عرض الأتمتة الصناعية للخدمة إلى فريق مبيعات شنايدر إلكتريك وعلى جميع المستويات داخل شركة العميل لتطوير الفرص وتسريع النمو.
ستكون القدرة على إنشاء علاقات مع العميل عنصرًا أساسيًا في هذا الدور.
سيتعين على الاستشاري مساعدة العملاء في تحديد أفضل وأنسب حل خدمة الأتمتة لتلبية متطلبات مشروع العملاء. سيكون لديه خلفية تقنية قوية بما فيه الكفاية وخبرة في عروض أتمتة الصناعة لتقديم المشورة بشأن المزايا والعيوب التقنية للحلول المختلفة.
الأنشطة الرئيسية
قيادة إدارة عرض الصناعة داخل المجموعة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة من مرحلة ما قبل البيع إلى التنفيذ
تقديم وتعزيز العرض الكامل للأتمتة الصناعية للخدمة مع إبراز نقاط قوتها.
دعم فريق مبيعات شنايدر إلكتريك في عرض القيمة لعرض الخدمة.
قم بتطوير خطة تجارية من خلال معرفة البكالوريا الدولية والتعاون مع بقية فريق المبيعات
قم بزيارة العملاء في وضع البحث وبالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات.
تسريع تلقي طلبات خدمات الصناعة من خلال اكتشاف الفرص والدعم حتى الحصول على الطلبات.
تأكد من توفر الإمكانيات الصحيحة لتنفيذ الأوامر
اقتراح عقود الأتمتة الصناعية الخدمية ومراجعة الحسابات والتحديثات والحلول الرقمية.
الدعم في بناء شبكة الشركاء لبيع وتنفيذ عروض خدمات الصناعة.
المشاركة الاستباقية في مبادرات الفريق الجماعية واجتماعات الإدارة لتحقيق أهداف العمل.
القدرة على العمل في فريق باستخدام جميع الأدوات الرقمية المصممة للخدمات.
مؤهلات
حساب تعريفي
مهارات الأتمتة الصناعية
الكفاءة التجارية مع القدرة التقنية على فهم احتياجات العميل ورؤية شنايدر إلكتريك التي سيتعين عليه التعامل معها.
مطلوب تعليم تقني مع دبلوم خبير إلكتروني أو شهادة في الهندسة الإلكترونية مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية.
المعرفة والقدرات
مهارات الاستماع والتواصل المتمحورة حول العملاء.
معرفة منتجات PLC و HMI و SCADA و DRIVE.
معرفة الشبكات.
معرفة الحلول الرقمية.

Mission
The main mission of the Service Industrial Automation Consultant is to provide technical-commercial support on the Service Industrial Automation offer, to the Schneider Electric sales force and at all levels within the customer's company to develop opportunities and accelerate growth.
The ability to create relationships with the customer will be a key element within this role.
The consultant will have to assist the customers in defining the best and most appropriate Automation Service solution to meet the requirements of the customers project. He/she will have a sufficiently strong technical background and expertise in the industry automation offers to advise on the technical advantages and disadvantages of different solutions.
Main Activities
- Lead the Industry offer management within the cluster with all stakeholders from presales to execution
- Present and promote the entire offer of Service Industrial Automation highlighting its strengths.
- Support Schneider Electric sales force in the value proposition of the Service offering.
- Develop a commercial plan through IB knowledge and collaboration with the rest of the sales force
- Visit customers in prospection mode and in collaboration with the sales force.
- Accelerate the Industry Services order intake by detecting opportunities and supporting until capture of orders.
- Ensure the right capabilities are in place for orders execution
- Propose Service Industrial Automation contracts, audits, modernizations and digital solutions.
- Support in building the partners network for selling and executing Industry service offers.
- Proactive participation in collective team initiatives and management meetings to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to work in a team use all the digital tools designed for Services.

- Industrial Automation Skills
- Commercial aptitude, with technical ability to understand the needs of the customer and the Schneider Electric visionwith which he will have to interface.
- A technical education with an Electronic Expert Diploma or a Degree in Electronic Engineering is required, with at least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of Industrial Automation.
Knowledge & Capabilities
- Customer-centric, listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA and DRIVE products.
- Knowledge of Networks.
- Knowledge of Digital Solutions.
- Added value is the knowledge of the products and the Architectures of the Schneider Electric offer, its characteristics, benefits and advantages compared to the competition.
