Missions:

Draft, review and advice simple to middle complex contracts in a timely manner;

Draft, review administration and Legal document.

Support the maintain of the company corporate life by preparing the corporate governance materials for the company;

Maintain the physical & Electronic archiving of Legal docs;

Support the company for trademark;

Review, manage invoices and payment from clients ;

Represent and assist the company before Algerian Administrations/authorities as needed;

Profil:

Law degree+ CAPA+ taking Oath Algerian Bar Association are a must.

3 - 5 years experience industry or services

Pharma, Para pharma expérience is a plus.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good level in Arabic, French and English

Good organizational skills.

Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive & confidential documents.

Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
