بصفتك مستشارًا طبيًا إقليميًا في نوفو نورديسك ستساهم بنشاط في بناء والحفاظ على الفهم العلمي لمنتجات نوفو نورديسك التي يتم تسويقها وتطوير منتجات المحفظة. ستشارك المعرفة الطبية الحديثة وبيانات التجارب السريرية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين. ستستخدم الاستفادة من الخبرة العلمية والسريرية لإنشاء علاقات مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs) ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية (HCPs) وصانعي قرارات الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.

ستساعد أيضًا في تنسيق البرامج التعليمية لدعم الموظفين الداخليين في فهم البيانات العلمية لأغراض التدريب وستدعم وحدة الأعمال لوضع استراتيجية التسويق ودعم إدارة المشاريع والفعاليات الطبية.

بالإضافة إلى ما سبق ستحدد الرؤى والاحتياجات والتغييرات والاتجاهات داخل بيئة الأعمال لتكييف وتحسين نتائج المريض وحافظة منتجات NNMO في التوافق مع استراتيجيات الشركة وأهداف العمل بما يتماشى مع الامتثال.

ستدعم وتشارك في المبادرات الطبية والعلمية والدراسات التي يرعاها المحققون وإنشاء الأدلة في العالم الحقيقي وتخطيط النشر والتجارب السريرية العالمية لـ Novo Nordisk.

مؤهلات

لتكون ناجحًا في هذا الدور يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على درجة علمية متقدمة في العلوم الصحية المطلوبة (طبيب طبي).

The position is based in our affiliate in Algiers, and reporting to the Field Medical Affairs Manager.

About The Department

The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization. From health-care-provider interactions and developing and implementing regulatory strategies to providing medical education and collecting data to support efficacy and new product development, CMR is involved. The one thing that keeps us all marching to the same beat is our patient-centred focus. At Novo Nordisk, you will help patients around the world. As their needs evolve, so does our challenge to find better and more innovative ways to improve their quality of life.

The Position

As a Regional Medical Advisor in Novo Nordisk, you will contribute actively to building and maintaining scientific understanding of Novo Nordisk marketed products and to the development of portfolio products. You will share up-to-date medical knowledge and clinical trial data with internal and external stakeholders. You will use leverage scientific and clinical expertise to create relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and other healthcare decisions makers.

You will also help to coordinate educational programmes to support the internal staff in understanding the scientific data for training purposes; and you will support the Business Unit to establish the marketing strategy and support the management of medical projects and events.

Adding to the above, you will identify insights and needs, changes and trends within the business environment to adapt and improve patients outcomes and NNMO product portfolio in Alignment with corporate strategies and business objectives in line with compliance.

You will support and be involved in medical and scientific initiatives, investigator sponsored studies, real world evidence creation, publication planning and global clinical trials of Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have an advanced Degree in Health Sciences required (Medical Doctor).

You also need to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in medical affairs role
• Excellent networking capabilities.
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and French
• Readiness to travel abroad and participate in evening scientific events
