Key fucntions :

• Extend required Technical assistance to Branches, Dealers & Customers.
• Perform technical problems diagnosis to determine the root causes of failure.
• Recommend the repair instructions to fix the problem within required timing.
• Assist Technicians in difficult Repair procedures.
• Conduct service quality control before delivery to customers.
• Prepare field Technical report to Technical department if needed.
• Communicate with Technical Dpt for any required support to fix the problem.
• Assist service operations to promote Fix It Right activities.

Profile :

• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
