The saw spiral welded pipe manufacturing technique is both practical and cost-effective. The Spiral Pipe Forming Mill decoils the strip, straightens it, prepares the edges for welding, and feeds it into the forming station, where the coil is formed into pipe by the operator using a remote control panel. The pipe is then rolled onto the platform and inspected visually. Submerged Arc Welded Technology is then used to weld the pipe both inside and outside. The saw spiral welded pipe is cut to the desired length after it has been shaped and welded, with all activities taking place concurrently and without interrupting the production process.
