Service Delevery Executive

Main role & responsibilities:

Were currently looking for a talented Service Delivery Executive to join our team. As Service Delivery Executive you will participate actively in the organisation of all the activities related to the international and local transportation of NTM, Cut Filler and Finished Goods, in and out of Algeria business partner's premises, fulfilling internal and external customers' expectations, while complying with all laws, regulations and PMI standards and practices, as well as required EHSS standards. It supports business partner in all warehousing activities in order to continuously improve the handling, storage of materials and space utilization, while complying with PMI standards for 3rd party warehousing, at optimal cost for both parties.

More specifically you will:

• Plan, manage and control third parties activities ensuring quality, safety and security standards.
• Ensure efficient management of Phase-in phase-out for new product introductions by aligning plans with the different stakeholders, assessing their impact in terms of service, cash and cost.
• Ensure the plans are timely reflected into the market forecast, report on plan performance vs. actuals, previous forecast, budget.
• Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to TPM's performances, budget, supply chain cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes to guarantee the total control of the operation
• Ensure all documentation required for custom clearance, and transactions in the systems are done accurately and on-time.
• Control the timely and proper submission of legislative documents required for application, extension, and closure of incentive certificates, to maximize benefits for the company and avoid any compliance issues, once NTM and Cut Filler are delivered to business partner.
• Actively participate or initiate improvement programs; evaluate, analyse, and implement alternatives, to improve consumers (internal and external) service levels at optimal cost.
• Closely work with Finance to periodically track the actual spend vs budget, identify possible deviations, and propose corrective measures. Inform Management in case of risk or significant deviation in line with PMI policies.
• Ensure PMI Track and Trace policies are followed and complaint with the scanning of master shipping cases in the market
• Collaborate with Commercial function and Partner to ensure that customer requirements are served in the right quantity and at the right time through implementation of e-ordering standard operating procedures and adherence to all financial, logistics and sales policies.
• Analyse and follow-up on cancelled orders, delivery rejections, unserved accounts and other related KPI's in e-ordering and fulfilment. Conducts Monthly business review with B2B Team and Partner on e-order and fulfilment performance metrics/KPIs and prepares action plans for resolution of issues identified.

Education/Experience :

• University degree in logistic, supply chain, industrial engineering or similar, Master' s degree is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years work experience, specifically 2 years experience minimum in Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Warehousing area within a multinational environment.

• Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and data-driven thinking, ability to translate complex data to meaningful insights.
