JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Senior Accountant will administer and execute Accounting transactions through timely and accurate processing, matching, coding and updating into relevant systems in accordance with company policy and procedures in order to provide regular, up-to-date, and accurate information on status or deviations.
This position will be reporting to Finance Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and effective internal control are in place.
Carry out suppliers and bank reconciliations by analyzing suppliers and bank statements in order to reconcile differences between suppliers and bank statements and our books of accounts.
Ensure supplier payments for local and overseas vendors are processed in compliance with payment agreed-on terms.
Maintain customer receivables set and meet collection targets on a regular basis by monitoring or controlling payment behavior by controlling credit limits and terms to ensure a healthy customer receivables portfolio.
Assist and comply with all VAT regulations as per local requirements if required.
Ensure Audit requirements are met and adhere to local rules and regulations with both internal and external parties like banks and external auditors.

- Accounting University Degree.
- Minimum of 07 years' experience.
- Strong interpersonal, Analytical skills
- Flexibility to travel in country.
- Fluency in English is a must.
