نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع يتولى مسؤولية إدارة المشروع في إطار الميزانية والجدول الزمني والجودة والنطاق مما يساهم في النتيجة الإجمالية للمبيعات ورضا العملاء. لتنسيق وتدريب فريق المشروع لتحسين أداء الفريق من خلال بناء الفريق والتدريب والتحفيز من أجل تسهيل التعاون وضمان كفاءة المشروع ورفع الروح المعنوية.

هذا عقد محلي يكون مقره في الجزائر.

ماذا ستفعل:

بصفتك مدير مشروع سوف تقوم بما يلي:

كن مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ المشروع وتوفير قيادة المشروع لتقديم نتيجة المشروع.

تأمين مخرجات المشروع وفقًا لاتفاقية المشروع (العقد) والتصرف وفقًا للمسؤوليات الواردة في ميثاق المشروع.

قم بتقسيم المشروع وتخطيطه إلى مراحل والوفاء بالخطة ومعالم المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبالكامل وفقًا للميزانية.

دفع الإنتاجية في المشروع من خلال استخدام الحلول والعمليات والأدوات العالمية القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام (OFCE وإدارة المشروع وإدارة المخاطر وما إلى ذلك).

إدارة تغييرات النطاق وإصدار أوامر التغيير (VOs).

تأمين اتصالات المشروع وتوثيقه وفقًا لخطة الاتصال الخاصة بالمشروع.

تقديم الدروس المستفادة وتقديم المدخلات لتحسين أو تطوير العمليات والأدوات.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager, who ill take the responsibility to manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. To coordinates and coaches the project team to improve team performance by building team, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency and boost morale.

This is a local contract to be based in Algeria.

What you will do:

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
• Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
• Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
• Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools (OFCE, project governance, risk management, etc.).
• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VOs).
• Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
• Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools.

We believe you have :

• University degree or equivalent. PMP certification optional.
• More than 3 years (Full time) as Commercial Project Manager.
• Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality.
• Business minded with ability to understand the dimensions of business strategy, activities, performance and direction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English
