سيقدم الفني (الميكانيكي) تقاريره مباشرة إلى مدير المشروع. يتضمن الموقف على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تركيب وإصلاح المعدات الميكانيكية لمحطة الترشيح الفائق / التناضح العكسي (RO). في هذا الدور. ستواجه أيضًا مشكلة في إطلاق النار على المشكلات الميكانيكية وإجراء الصيانة أو الإصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء لتصحيح الأعطال.

الفني (ميكانيكي) مسؤول عن أداء المهام التالية على سبيل المثال لا الحصر

القيام بجميع المهام الميكانيكية والأنابيب والجداول الزمنية في منشأة الترشيح المسبق / التناضح العكسي.

اكتشاف الأعطال وعيوب التشغيل واقتراح الحل المناسب.

تحت إشراف الانضباط المسؤول للقيام بأعمال تعديل المصنع ذات الصلة.

استبدال وتركيب الأجزاء المحددة و / أو إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة.

يضمن تشغيل معدات المشروع بشكل صحيح وإجراء الإصلاحات الطارئة عند الاقتضاء.

صيانة وتنظيم الأدوات بانتظام.

الحفاظ على حسن التدبير المنزلي والالتزام بلوائح ومتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة.

التحسين والمساعدة في تطوير إجراءات نظام الجودة التشغيلية / المبادئ التوجيهية / الوثائق الخاصة بمعالجة المياه.

يضمن التزام الفريق بعمليات وإجراءات البيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة ويتحقق من مواقع العمل بحثًا عن المخاطر المحتملة ويبلغ عن وجود أشياء تتعارض مع سياسات الشركة.

يحافظ على التدبير المنزلي المناسب لمرافق المصنع المتعاونة مع الإدارات الأخرى.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في معظم الأوقات ولكن تقديم تقرير إلى المشرفين عليه.

تدريب وتدريب الفنيين المبتدئين بشكل مستمر.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

DEUA / شهادة التجارة الميكانيكية /

3 سنوات على الأقل للدبلوم أو 8 سنوات للخبرة العملية / حامل الشهادة الفنية في المعدات الدوارة لمعالجة المياه / المواد الكيميائية / مصافي النفط / محطات الطاقة / محطات التناضح العكسي.

خبرة في المعدات الدوارة مثل المضخات والضواغط والمنافخ ونقل المواد الكيميائية وإصلاح مضخات الجرعات واستبدال قطع الغيار بما في ذلك أعمال المحاذاة.

القدرة على العمل على الأولويات والاحتياجات الطارئة لصيانة المصنع.

القدرة على إقامة والحفاظ على علاقة مع زملاء العمل والمشرفين.

Role:

The Technician (Mechanical) will be reporting directly to Project Manager. The position includes, but not limits to, installation and repair of mechanical equipment of Ultrafiltration/ reverse osmosis (RO) plant. In this role. You will be also trouble shoot on mechanical problems and perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.

Responsabilites :

The Technician (Mechanical) is responsible to perform the below tasks but not limited to,

Carry out over all mechanical task, piping and schedules in prefiltration/RO facility.

Troubleshooting malfunctions and operating defects and propose the adequate solution.

Under the guidance of discipline responsible, to carry out related plant modification works.

Replace and Install specified parts and/or make required adjustments.

Ensures project equipment runs correctly, perform emergency repairs when required.

Maintain & organize the tools regularly.

Maintain a good housekeeping and adhere EHS regulations and requirements.

Optimize and assist with the development of operational quality system procedures / guidelines / documents for Water Treatment.

Ensures team adheres to EHS & Quality processes and procedures, Checks job sites for potential hazards and reports when things against company policies.

Maintains appropriate housekeeping for plant facilities cooperating with other departments.

Ability to work independently most of the time, but report to his supervisors.

Train and coach junior Technicians continuously.

Qualification & requirements:

• DEUA/Mechanical Trade certificate/
• At least 3 years for Diploma or 8 years for Trade/technician certificate holder work experience in rotary equipment for water treatment /chemical/Oil refineries/power plants/RO plants.
• Experience in the rotary equipment like pumps, compressors, blowers, chemical transfer / dosing pumps overhauls & its spares replacement including alignment works.
• Ability to work on prioritized & emergency needs of the plant maintenance.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationship with co-workers & supervisors.

Desired Charestericts:

Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant activities.
