Position Details

2. Job Purpose

• coordinate and implement key online and offline marketing activities for Terraco. Provide marketing support and ensure consistent growth of sales.
• Welcome, direct and count the different customers, suppliers and other visitors of the company.

3. Key Job Responsibilities

General

Translate all content from English to local language.

Follow the editorial line and be guarantor of the corporate image on social media Calls and / or re-directions to the sales team for product boosting on social media Respond to messages & comments of social media

Replace the sales coordinator when needed and coordinate with sales department Greet visitors and respond to their requests

Handle telephone calls (incoming and outgoing)

Receive, write and transmit letters and e-mails

Manage the agenda of his/her manager(s), prepare trips and travel,

Organize meetings, take notes, exchanges and write reports

Sort and organize the filing of documents and files.

4. Other Responsibilities

Emailing campaign in relation with the marketing department

Assist the manager on events, seminars

Other marketing related duties as required.
