CONTEXT:
Ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the Ooredoo Algeria CRM platform according to the needs of internal and external customers.
RESPONSABILITIES OF THE POSTE:
- Support the Ooredoo team in the design of solutions according to the business needs expressed by the clients of the platform.
- writing specification, workflows as expressed by business to prepare development of the solution
- Building Siebel releases.
- Supporting and resolving Siebel issues that rise during testing/deployment/post deployment phases.
- Support the Ooredoo team in the post-production testing of any new development on the platform.
- Investigate and resolve any anomalies on the platform relating to functional or technical problem.
- Ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge to the Ooredoo team.
- Configure products, RatePlans according to business requirement and customize in Siebel eConfigurator
- Develop PL/SQL script to ensure cleanup of DB
- Implementation reports and KPI related to CRM DB
- Use EIM jobs to synchronize data from backend (BSCS)
- Troubleshooting Siebel bugs that issued from development or out of the box ones and finding a
- Solution/workaround for fixing them (communicate with Oracle support when required).
- Configure new File system, archive and purge files
- Expertise in CRM/Siebel architecture & Administration & monitoring
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Installation, Configuration and administration of Siebel eBusiness Applications (Siebel Server, Siebel Web Client, Siebel Tools)
- Siebel application architecture and data flow between Siebel servers and Siebel server components
- Scripting (eScript & VB Script)
- Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM)
- Siebel application building units; Tables, BCs, BOs, Applets, Views, WFs
- Integrating Siebel with external systems (Web Services, VBCs, EBCs, Data maps , XSLT and IOs)
- Siebel Administration (Restarting Siebel Servers, Components, Perform Siebel deployments)
- Utilizing Siebels application runtime events, state model and workflows
- Siebel Telecommunications (Call Center, Loyalty, Order Management)
- Siebel Open UI
- Siebel /CRM products and tools
- BAC + 5 in computer science
