Responsibility Description:

1. Take charge of bidding submission of different big projects;
2. Take part in the design, review and negotiation of contract clauses ;
3. undertake tasks including contract fulfillment status monitoring, change handling, risk identification, closure, customer, partner relationship skills, and contract information management at rep offices.

Professional Knowledge:

1. At least three years' work experience in the contract negotiation field, and have some legal, financial, and tax knowledge of Algeria.
2. Be familiar with the bidding process of big projects.
3. Have strong contract negotiation skills and be familiar with contract clauses and signing processes.
