Business cases analysis and evaluation of the impacts on the financial

Support Management decision making

Commercial advices through revenues business cases analysis

Analysis & follow up and implementation of all tariff plan pricing

Responsabilités du poste :

Operation:

Customer profiling analysis

Analyse complex financial & commercial information to enhance & maintain proper pricing balance

Analyse the repercussions of tariffs on revenues

Provide regular sensitivity analysis of key business drivers (Customers, Prices, Volumes)

Ad-hoc market monitoring and analysis

Analyse the profitability of offers and the impact on the financial (Revenues & EBITDA)

Commercial offers Post-mortem analysis.

Planning

Participation in all commercial Business planning cycle.

Support business heads in Planning cycle and lead the production of periodic re-forecasts, ensuring risks and opportunities are highlighted.

Responsible for commercial business drivers assessment.

Business analysis

Analyse Business & financial information and KPI to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.

Develop/monitor operational and financial performance indicators with focus on revenues drivers.

Business performance reporting

Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner, contains reliable information

Produce regular operational reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance, highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications

IS/IT

Work closely with IT team to develop, maintain systems and reports to support business analysis & pricing

Profil recherché

Bachelor+ 5 in Finance field, mathematics, MBA

Very strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;

Ability to multi-task and communicate under stress with all levels of management and staff;

Deadline-driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and resilient personality;

Diplomatic yet assertive, willing to delegate and empower team leaders and staff, and able to work collaboratively and collectively with senior management peers.

Telecoms experience is preferable

Strong PC skills required

Strong analytical and technical skills required

Fluency in English and French is a must for this role.

Work experience and sensitivity to an international environment,

Business Controlling and reporting experience is mandatory;

Commercially minded, with at least 4-6 years of related experience in a highly control focussed environment

العروض التجارية تحليل ما بعد الوفاة.

المشاركة في جميع دورات تخطيط الأعمال التجارية.

دعم رؤساء الأعمال في دورة التخطيط وقيادة إنتاج عمليات إعادة التنبؤ الدورية مما يضمن إبراز المخاطر والفرص.

مسؤول عن تقييم محركات الأعمال التجارية.

تحليل الأعمال

تحليل المعلومات التجارية والمالية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتقديم توصيات مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة لأغراض صنع القرار.

تطوير / مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلي والمالي مع التركيز على محركات الإيرادات.

تقارير أداء الأعمال

تأكد من أن جميع المعلومات الإدارية الروتينية يتم إنتاجها في الوقت المناسب وتحتوي على معلومات موثوقة

قم بإعداد تقارير تشغيلية منتظمة لإعطاء لمحة عامة عن الأعمال والأداء المالي وتسليط الضوء على الاتجاهات والإجراءات الرئيسية والآثار الاستراتيجية

العمل عن كثب مع فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير وصيانة الأنظمة والتقارير لدعم تحليل الأعمال والتسعير

الملف الشخصي المطلوب

بكالوريوس + 5 في العلوم المالية والرياضيات وماجستير في إدارة الأعمال

مهارات اتصال قوية للغاية وتنظيمية وشخصية

القدرة على تعدد المهام والتواصل تحت الضغط مع جميع مستويات الإدارة والموظفين

شخصية مدفوعة بالمواعيد النهائية ومتحمسة وديناميكية ومرنة

دبلوماسي ولكن حازم على استعداد لتفويض وتمكين قادة الفرق والموظفين وقادر على العمل بشكل تعاوني وجماعي مع نظراء الإدارة العليا.
