نطاق العمل:

قيادة فريق التمويل المحلي والعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع المدير العام وفريق القيادة لتقديم الأداء المالي للبلد. مع كونها نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للامتثال المالي والدقة.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات

إدارة وقيادة شركاء الأعمال المالية وضمان تقديم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المالية

قيادة العروض والتقارير المالية الشهرية والفصلية والمخصصة.

تحديد ومتابعة مبادرات الادخار والنقد والتكلفة

ضمان دقة واكتمال الميزانية والتنبؤ بالأرباح والخسائر. إنشاء وإدارة الميزانية للأنشطة التجارية والتسويقية

متابعة الوضع النقدي للشركة وتحديد وتحسين إنتاجية الأراضي النقدية.

قيادة وتقديم المبادرات لتحقيق أهداف نمو الشركة والربحية.

المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأرباح والخسائر والبيانات المالية في شراكة مع جنرال موتورز

الكفاءات والمتطلبات الأساسية الخلفية التعليمية:

درجة عالية في التمويل أو الأعمال

الشهادات المالية زائد

الخبرة المطلوبة:

7-10 سنوات من الخبرة وشغل وظائف مدير مالي سلع استهلاكية ميزة إضافية.

المهارات الشخصية المطلوبة:

مهارات الشراكة والاتصال أمر لا بد منه.

القدرة على محاسبة الذات والآخرين.

الملكية والتفاني.

مهارات المواجهة.

مهارات تحليلية.

Job Scope:

Lead the local finance team, work alongside GM and Leadership team to deliver financial performance for the country. While being the primary point of contact for Financial compliance and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the finance business partners and ensure delivery of financial KPIs
• Lead monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial presentations and reporting.
• Identify and follow-up on savings, cash and cost initiatives
  
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of budget and P&L forecasting Build and manage budgeting for commercial and marketing activities
• Follow-up on cash position for the company, identify and land cash productivity improvements.
• Lead and deliver initiatives to land company growth and profitability targets.
• Full P&L and financial statements responsibility partnering the GM

Key Competencies & requirements

Educational background:

• High degree in finance or business
• Finance certificates is a plus

Experience needed:

7-10 years experience and held a finance manager jobs, FMCG is a plus.
