    Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

Accountable for the Development Global & Regional Key accounts (E&I Key Accounts) to achieve long-term relationship.

Accountable for Sales development (Direct or Indirect) through specifying Hilti systems and Products to suit the application requirements in all relevant projects of the assigned Global & Regional Key accounts within META. Leading to increase Hilti share of wallet in the accounts projects and ultimately integrate Hiltis technologies / application in the account Standards.

Responsible for leading or supporting capture teams to ensure high level and thorough account development strategies

Accountable the development & Implementation of the strategy of the accounts assigned (Local & Intl)

Primary Hilti contact and negotiator for the assigned Global & Regional Key accounts and initiate the relation management with the high management level of the Global & Regional Key accounts within META

Result oriented steering of the assigned Global & Regional Key accounts to produce over proportional Growth in Hilti solutions specifications for selected customers and relevant projects.

Accountable for Relationship Management, value proposition delivery, technical seminars and on-site support to related Global & Regional Key accounts to support global business

Accountable to build up and extend Customer satisfaction on Global & Regional Key accounts.

Person Specification :

Civil Engineering Degree

Strong knowledge of the energy and industry business and minimum 3-5 years working experience in Energy and industry Contracting/Consultancy

Commercial awareness and competitive drive

High level of communication and interpersonal skills

Must demonstrate learning agility and capacity to tackle sophisticated challenges

Passion for customer through high level relationship building

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Willingness to travel
