الإنجليزية والفرنسية: بطلاقة
متطلبات المهارة:
مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف أخطاء الشبكة وإصلاحها (اختبار OM. اختبار PRBS أداء الارتباط اختبارات الاسترجاع ...)
المؤهلات المهنية:
الدرجة والشهادات:
9. يفضل أن يكون معتمدًا من CCNA / CCNP
المعرفة المهنية:
خبرة قوية في خدمة العملاء والدعم الفني ومهارات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
معرفة ممتازة في تكوين MW Link وإنشاء خدمات Ethernet و TDM. مهارات الأعمال التجارية * القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وديناميكية.
روح الفريق الجيدة والقدرة على التكيف.
يجب أن يكون لديك مهارات ممتازة في التفكير النقدي والاتصالات ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
Responsibility Description :
- Have a good understanding of different MW link protections and Microwaves features
- Have a full understanding and ability of E2E issues troubleshooting, issue resolving within SLA.

Others Working Experience :
- Have experience in the following technologies: Microwave, IP Transport protocols, NMS architecture, with a fundamental understanding of optical/Microwave transmission network infrastructure, Huawei experience is preferred
Language Skill :
- English and French : fluent
Skill Requirement :
Excellent Skills on network fault troubleshooting (OM test. PRBS Test, Link performances , Loopback tests )
Professional Qualification :
Grade and Certificates :
9. Preferred to be certified CCNA/CCNP
Professional Knowledge :
- Strong customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent knowledge in MW Link configuration, Ethernet and TDM services creation.Business SkillBusiness Skills *Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
