من ذوي الخبرة في حل المشكلات الفنية (الأجهزة والبرامج والاتصالات).
على دراية بدعم العملاء وعمليات IP (NOC) وإجراءات التصعيد وصيانة SLA.
مهارات اللغة :
الإنجليزية والفرنسية: بطلاقة
متطلبات المهارة:
خصائص المعدات مؤشر الأداء الأساسي نوع البطاقة والشبكة المشتركة للعديد من معدات Datacom النموذجية (جهاز التوجيه / المحول).
يجب أن يمتلك المهارات اللازمة لإجراء اختبارات تشخيص الشبكة وتحليل النتائج باستخدام معدات الاختبار على المستوى المتقدم.
الفهم المطلوب لأجهزة الاتصالات.
المؤهلات المهنية:

يُفضل أن يكون معتمدًا من CCNA / CCNP
المعرفة المهنية:
فهم النموذج المرجعي OSI وإتقان المبدأ الأساسي لبروتوكول TCP / IP.
معرفة قوية بمبدأ MPLS L3VPN.
فهم البروتوكول الأساسي لإدارة الشبكة لإتقان المبدأ الأساسي لبروتوكول SNMP ونظام إدارة الشبكة.
فهم المعرفة الأساسية لأمن الشبكة.
معرفة بنية شبكات MPLS و IPRAN و IGW.
مهارات العمل :
القدرة على الحصول على تحليل السبب الجذري في حالة وجود مشاكل وتقارير الإخراج.
روح الفريق الجيدة والقدرة على التكيف.

Responsibility Description :
- Master the Ethernet/layer2 switching/Vlan principle.
- Master the principle of OSPF/ISIS/BGP, the high-level characteristic and the complex application scene, master the route import, the route policy principle and application scene.
- mastering the basic theory about the high availability (HA) designs, to understand typical technology (BFD/FRR/VRRP) principle.

- To master the simple service configuration (with principle correspondence) on the router/switch as well as debugging.
- To master upgrading and maintenance knowledge about several typical products.
- To master using method of the data collection tool, inspection tool, upgrading tool, the long-distance measure tool.
- To master the typical network management system installation method and the content and method of equipment monitoring content and method

- Must be experienced in scheduling and executing various planned hardware/software changes.
- Experienced in resolving technical issues (hardware, software, and communications).
- Familiar with Customer Support, IP Operations (NOC), Escalation procedures, SLA maintenance.
Language Skill :
- English and French : fluent
Skill Requirement :
- Equipment characteristic, the essential performance index, the card type and common network of several typical Datacom equipments (Router/Switch).
- Must have skills to conduct network diagnostic tests and analyze the results using test equipment at and advanced level.
- Desired understanding of telecom Devices.
Professional Qualification :
Grade and Certificates :
- Preferred to be certified CCNA/CCNP
Professional Knowledge :
- understanding the OSI reference model and master the basic principle of TCP/IP protocol.
- Solid knowledge of MPLS L3VPN principle.
- understanding of basic protocol of network management, to master the basic principle of SNMP and the network management system.
- understanding the basic network security knowledge.
- Knowledge of the architecture of MPLS, IPRAN and IGW Networks.

- Ability to get root cause analysis in case of problems and output reports.
